Resumo

O trabalho apresenta uma análise hermenêutica de textos publicados pela grande mídia sobre o PL do Plano Nacional de Educação em tramitação no Congresso Nacional. A análise parte da antecipação de que o tema, que possui forte movimento social engajado no CN, não é coberto pela mídia como poderia. É utilizado o método das Seis leituras em massa folhada e abordado o discurso social estereotipado de que educação é prioridade.

Abstract

The paper presents an hermeneutic analysis of texts published by the mainstream media on the bill of the National Plan for Education in the brazilian National Congress. The analysis is built on the anticipation that the theme, which has a strong social movement engaged in the Congress, is not covered by the media as it could. It used the method of “Seis leituras em massa folhada” and approached the stereotypical social discourse that education is a priority.
